I'm looking at the house wondering how I will manage to get it ready for a showing within the next few days. It could be tomorrow or it could be a few days off. My realtor was kind enough to give me advance warning that she would be showing it to a very interested young couple. I'm very thankful for the advance since it seems to take much longer to get things accomplished lately... even harder to keep them accomplished.
I'm praying that this is the family that will fall in love with our house and want to buy it right away. They just got financing, so that won't be an issue. So, say a prayer for us today!
